By accessing our site or enrolling in coaching, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

Kingdom Strength Institute (“KSI”) provides online coaching, training programs, and educational resources for health and performance.
These services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge:

  • Exercise and nutrition carry inherent risks.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared for physical activity.

  • You will stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

KSI is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow guidance.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are due at purchase.

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Applies to first-month of 1-on-1 coaching clients (participants of Temple Basics or Temple Builder) who complete onboarding and 30 days of participation but are unsatisfied.

  • Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days.

  • Prebuilt Programs: One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content — workouts, PDFs, videos, guides, and materials — is owned by Kingdom Strength Institute, LLC.
You may not copy, share, or distribute materials without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you release and hold harmless Kingdom Strength Institute, LLC, its owners, coaches, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation.
Use of services is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unethical conduct within our community.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
